What we collect
Only what's needed to run your program: provider and staff accounts, the child and family records you enter, attendance, meals, billing, and product telemetry to keep the app working.
How we use it
To provide the service to you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use children's data for advertising or model training.
Children's data (COPPA)
Children's information is provided and controlled by the provider and the child's guardians. We act as a processor on the provider's behalf and collect the minimum necessary.
Your rights
- Export a complete copy of your data at any time.
- Request deletion, subject to records we must retain for legal or tax reasons (we'll tell you what and for how long).
